joust, box and enjoy many other adventures.

                *   wear comfortable clothes

                *   Good manners are mandatory

                *   No sharp objects!

                *   A signed release must be presented prior to bouncing.

                *   One release will cover multiple family members

The undersigned acknowledges that physical activities involve some element of personal

risk, a child or adult will not be allowed to participate in any of the play arena activities

unless a signed waiver is provided.

The undersigned and the respective child or children, in consideration for being allowed to

engage in the play arena activity hold and its agents harmless from any

liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death caused directly or indirectly

by participation. Further, the undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold

and its agents harmless from any and all costs incurred including, but not limited to, actual

attorney fees that and its agents may incur or claim brought against

by any one as a result of the undersigned's child or children's use

of the facility.
